I’ve been running a test p/tren ace/mast p/ECA cutting blast for that past 5 weeks and ran into a bump in the road with experiencing lower back pain. I must have tweaked my lower back a couple weeks ago doing heavy deadlifts. Last week I still went and dealt with the pain. This week I decided to be smart and rest, stretch, ice, and recover. I’m hoping I’m gtg by next week and can get back at it. I’ve been getting great results so far on this blast so I’d hate to back off. What do you guys recommend me to do? I will report back with how my back progresses.

Stay off the gym. Maybe continue your cardio sessions if possible, not sure how bad the back pain is, but that’s about it. Plan for a week out, then asses as the days go by. It’ll do nothing, but aid in recovery. I’ve been out a week, and every time I return I’m stronger and much better than before the time off.

I’ve been out of the gym all week. I could pry do some cardio to stay active at least. I think I need to pick up on the food a bit to I’ve continued my deficit all week and feel small from that plus not lifting lol some of its probably mental to. I will continue to assess my back and go from there.

does it feel like a bruised elbow, except its a (compressed disk) ?

or does it feel like muscle? if its a compressed disc dont be sitting in a chair, watch tv on your stomach i know this is lame but it can speed up the recovery from a compressed disk to like half the out time

Got back in the gym this week went light weight and made sure not to stress out my lower back. Stayed away from heavy compounds like bench, squats, deadlifts, and shoulder press. My back felt pretty good all week until last night and today it’s been hurting a bit. But I think it’s been getting better. Going to keep moving and if it’s not 100% next week I’m going to get a PT and get off my blast and go back to a cruise dose of test.

even if its muscle watching tv on stomach opposed to chair can help take the tension off of it. will pray for your back.

2 years ago me, my brother and 2 different cousins all compressed a disc in the same month, i healed in 4 weeks, they all took 6 months because they didnt take it seriously.

i would contribute the faster healing to avoiding chair, i watched tv or gamed on my stomach for 1 month and it went away fast. also dont butt slam onto where your gonna sit. sit down gently. think of it like a blown knee and dont be stretching it and doing impactful things.

source: riding dirtbikes since age 3, have broken/injured just about everything twice
