How do you know you’re in a deficit when you don’t know how much calories you’re eating ?
I do know as you can see in my first post. I use an app to count calories. I say roughly 2200 because if I go over by 83 calories I don't really care and there are days I am in the 1800 ball park. Typically I am around 3000 daily. I do not compete and this is just to trim down so I can spare a few extra here and there.

Just checking in. Currently down 14 pounds, bp is fantastic on the first try and lower back and hip pain is almost non existent. Watching my diet more closely has been clutch along with a ton of cardio. Muscle. Meh. Just being healthy is cool with me and trying to pop those abs in a couple months. We will see
