2 weeks into a cut.
On TRT of Test-c 160mg/wk and Deca 100mg/wk.
I upped the test to 200mg/wk.
Is that enough to avoid losing much muscle mass during the cut?
Rocking a 500 cal/deficit or so… and still lifting 5 or 6 times a week. 2 weeks in, my progress seems to be harder (not adding weight or reps much) but also not needing to drop the weight or reps.
