Cutting Help

What’s happening guys? I’m currently cutting, but it’s my first time cutting enhanced so I’m looking for some advice. I’m 6 weeks into it right now and have 6 weeks left. Sitting at approximately 210 pounds and 12% bodyfat and looking to get to 8%. Cycle is 250 Test E, 500 Tren E, and just started the standard Clenbuterol protocol. Diet is a 1,000 calorie deficit. 50% protein, 30% fat, 20% carbs. I train 5 days a week. Split is legs, chest and tris, back and bis, delts and traps, bis and tris.

Sounds like you’ve got it down. I’d throw in some T3 cause Tren interferes with T4>T3 conversion and some GW for enhanced endurance during cardio sessions. But actually I want advice from you if you’re really 210lbs at 12% bf lol, that’s preeety big especially if you’re under 6ft!

I’ve read that the T3 isn’t actually necessary. I’d rather avoid using it if I can. I’m 6’2" and feel DYEL. My overall goal is to get to 230ish at 8%.

Yohimbine during fasted cardio in the AM if possible alongside ephedrine and caffeine would be ideal. Around 15mg maybe up to 18.5mg at a guy your size. Titrate up.

Also is suggest a couple refeed days (consecutive) every couple weeks. These would be lower fat, higher carb. Generally around maintenance calories. This isn’t only for psychological reasons but to re-up your leptin levels which at your bf% should be more than halved by the 10~ day mark. You’ll bloat a bit, but then get a nice “whoosh” Lyle McDonald has done some good work on the topic. Which though the research wasn’t done on enhanced athletes it’s the only baseline we got AFAIK.
