Going to hop on another cycle after about 4 years since the last one. But want to incorporate Tren this time around with minimal risk lol.

32 y/o, healthy T levels around 800. Let my weightlifting fall off and diving back into it.

Last time I ran:
12 weeks + PCT
Pin 1cc Test E (250mg) M/Th
12.5mg aromasin daily Weeks 1-12.

PCT:
Wk 13-14
Nolvadex 40mg Daily
Aromasin 12.5/12.5eod

Wk 15-16
Nolvadex 20mg Daily
Aromasin 12.5eod/12.5 every 3rd day

Had decent results, nothing insane but was super happy with it and minimal side effects.

How would Tren change this? And what else should I incorporate to keep the risks as low as possible?

Open to all thoughts.

The best way to use tren without risk is to not use it. I don't see much utility in tren unless you're stepping on stage soon.

What is your goal that tren is going to help you achieve?

The goal is to be stronger and more visually physically fit. Yes super generic, but Im currently 6' and 225 and the displeasure in my lack of strength and appearance is crippling in many aspects of life.

Figured based on what I've read on Tren, I'd get to that Chris Evans physique relatively quicker.

Also open to other options.

So lets say I remove the Tren. What length would you run this? Would you stack anything else?

Tren is definitely not what you need. It sounds like what you need a good program and diet.

Tren is not a bandaid, and it's not magic. If you're 8% body fat and trying to get to 5% it's great for preserving lean mass, upholding training performance, and giving a specific "look". Otherwise it's not useful for the majority of users as it can be detrimental to both mental health and physical health if abused.

What is your current training program like and what is your current diet? Following macros? Strict plan? Etc? Figure those out and stick to test and a mild anabolic like masteron or primobolan or npp.

Thats good to know, thank you. I'll hold off the tren then. I wasnt aware that it was that specialized, the conversations these days seem to treat it like as close to a "magic pill" as there is on the market.

I follow a diet plan, and back when I did the cycle before I was in the gym religiously on a strict schedule I plan to follow again. It was 5-6 days a week, rotating muscle groups in the traditional back/bis, chest/tris, legs, abs, etc. Never really any cardio cause what I had seen said thats bad to do on Test for your heart.

Current diet is trying to keep at least 25% of all meals protein, just learned macros so still a bit rookie on that. Trying to use things like My Fitness Pal, etc. Eating clean, meal prepping rice chicken and veggies.

Im pretty ignorant to Mast, Prim, or npp. Any places you recommend I can do my homework? Any adjustments to the above schedule you personally would make if I stacked one of them?

Im at a place in life where I'm fine with some risk in exchange for the growth in strength and appearance, but Id prefer not to trade end of life unless im gonna look like The Rock LOL.

Really grateful for the insight. Would hate to hop on the wrong thing.

I really recommend the Anabolic Bodybuilding channel on YouTube. Big Paul does a great job of breaking down the basics of bodybuilding in all aspects from food, training, to anabolics.

I would also look into John Jewetts J3U free content on YouTube. It's much more in depth but great stuff.

If learning about anabolics becomes more of a passion of yours, Broderick Chavez is probably the best living resource to learn from.

With all of that said... I don't think you should be looking into AAS of any kind at this stage and should be really more concerned with learning how to diet and train. You seem like you're a casual gym goer who could make great strides in progress by just addressing some of the issues you have with lifestyle etc.

If you do decide to use AAS just use a "sports TRT" dosage of testosterone, something like 3x your bw in kg. So if you are 100kg, 300mg for example.

Solid advice by dick_starbuck. Sounds like you were off your game for some period of time and recently making a come back (which is great). Just to echo what was mentioned...consider going hard in the gym and nutrition natty for few months before taking AAS. Fine tune your routine, diet plan and while doing that take the time to research on compounds you can stack test with. You're still young to make solid gains as a natty. It'd be a waste to run AAS only to acquire gains that could be achieved as a natty.

Cardio, whether low intensity or high intensity, is a MUST on any cycle. It helps with blood pressure, lipid profile, and other benefits as AAS affects health markers in a negative way.
