Cycle Opinion

Cycle starting about a month from summer will be:
750mg Test Cyp
500mg Primo
400mg Npp
3iu HGH/ day

diet:
4-5000 calories per day. Meat only. 4-5lbs of beef, pork, Salmon. I react to carbs negatively: allergy symptoms, fatigue, brain fog etc

Training: 4 days a week. Will hit every muscle group 2x a week and aim for 16 sets per muscle group each time (32 sets per week)

Should I up primo to 700? HGH to 4iu?

Opinion on anadrol to see some strength gains (bloat should be minimized on zero carb diet)

I’m 187lbs at 5’9 and plan to cut until 8% or lower. Carnivore diet is not optional for this cycle I am not going back to carbs anytime soon; I feel too good for first time in a very long time.

Pm me for physique pic

What is cycle experience/history?
Anadrol crushes my appetite to the point after about 2 weeks that I have to drop it.

This would be 3rd or 4th cycle
Anadrol does same to me. I would have to either push through it or only use it for like a week leading up to a summer beach day lol

Without carbs I can be pretty flat hoping it could help

I know you asked for advice on your cycle and not so much diet, but since it was brought up. You gotta make sure your on top of your supplements, finding a way to get fiber in, and eat a lotta liver. From personal experience a carnivore diet feels great at first but long term all the deficiencies, radicals, and inflammation can fuck you up on every spectrum even months after stopping.

I am adding liver as soon as I source some locally. I also have seen massive improvements in digestion WITHOUT fiber. In fact a lot of the people doing this for autoimmune issues react pretty damn bad to fiber after being without it and don’t have issues for years on this diet. Ever since I was sick with covid one year ago I have never recovered to be the same (hit me for a month back then pretty badly.)
Getting a full workup from doc soon and bloods will be everything from thyroid to CBC, urinalysis and a number of vitamins.

I believe I have something going on, not sure if candida or SIBO, but as a kid for a decade of my life I was on antibiotics 6-10 times a year.

I am also experiencing WAY less inflammation in my gut (based on symptoms at least) by eating just beef salmon salt and water. What meats were causing you any more inflammation than what processed foods and/or plants would cause? For immune system issues (severe allergies to seasonal, pet, certain foods, extreme depression anxiety that lifts) I can’t see myself giving it up anytime soon.

Trust me I wish I could drop it today and go back to my 4000 calories of oatmeal per day bulk but I did t realize how sick I was until now. Hopefully in the future my end goal is to be able to add in very low fodmap or safe carbs such as sweet potatoes? And be able to utilize them in the off season.

Basically I’m cutting and doing this diet because they go so well together for giving my digestion a break. When I ramp up the calories I am hoping that cycle and 4-5000 calories from meat with intense training allow me to put on some quality lean muscle while remaining in shape and reaping the mental and physical clarity of a keto or carnivore diet

Yeah I didn’t mean for it to come across as preachy or anything. More so just wanted to put it out there for whoever chose to read it. But yeah that’s good to hear you’ve seen improvements I’d be interested in the bloods and diagnosis if you’d care to do an update along the way

Absolutely understand Sorry this is long winded lmao but: Basically I figured out cutting out dairy and gluten improved me by about 30% so I have gone down the rabbit hole trying to figure this all out by eliminating even more foods over time hence carnivore. All my aunts have hashimotos and I used to be slightly hypothyroid as a teen. Started feeling that again and now on carnivore I no longer feel hyper some days, but rather just hypo. I am going to get blood drawn next week and I’ll keep a post detailing my progress updated.

I don’t expect my GP to help though; I have been trying to eradicate Candida for about 6 weeks using biofilm disrupters and natural antifungals. Seen lots of improvement but I’m not even close to well. Most GP have no clue how or what Candida in the intestine or SIBO can manifest as(I suffer from: itchy eyes, stuffed or blocked nose, dry throat, mucus production, anxiety, depression leaning towards doom, sleep interruption, severe bloating/shitting, flu like chills and body aches, allergies to pets, and white coating over tongue I have almost eradicated). Sort of trying to piece all my lifelong issues together and am getting somewhere.

Do you think I can still grow substantially on 5000 calories of meat? I mean I am shitting perfectly once every 2-3 days so I am imagining I am absorbing ALOT more of these nutritious foods I’m eating? I have next to no bloat so it can’t just be sitting in my stomach. Even if my workouts aren’t as explosive without carbs I hope that the primo and npp help me grow/recomp even further? If I don’t grow on 5000 cals but lean out I suppose I won’t know what to think tbh lol

I had a successful lean bulk on carnivore… But the amount of meat I needed to eat became unbearable…

Personally my blood work is better on carnivore. I know a lot of people find this to be true… But for the other half cholesterol levels get whacked. Pretty much a genetic/hereditary thing
