I noticed a few oil droplets forming inside my recently brewed vials and a slight fogginess. I’m aware the droplets may be caused by insufficiently cleaned vials (not necessarily unsterile) but I suspect my test and deca were a bit damp.
So I bought a bag of damprid, poured it on the bottom of a tupperware container, laid a couple of Kleenex over it and then poured my raws into glass bowls.
I will let them sit there for a couple of days. This is the method I used to use to dry out shrooms. Just thought I would share this in case anyone encounters the same problem.
I doubt a little moisture is a big issue, but I want my brews to be top-notch.
Doe anyone know if air exposure will reduce the quality of my gear? I keep them away from the light and sealed up tight until the moment I mix. I’m not too worried about it, but knowledge is power.
