Anyone tried this and enjoyed it? This is what I am going to move my lifting protocol to. It all seems to make sense and sound like it was made with a good bit of intelligence behind it. Im not trying to compete or anything I just like to be big and enjoy the gym.

Hm, have any olympia level bodybuilders used/endorsed this style of training? Not saying that’s necessarily the end all be all for whether a workout style is good, but I tend to stick with what the greats do and modify based on what works for me from there. Standing on the shoulders of giants and all.

Personally, I’m not a fan of Dante. I’ve followed his postings and history along with other “gurus”. He likes to push off other people’s work as his own. If I recall correctly, he actually owed one guy like 10K and tried to lie about it.

I’d try some Mountain dog training or a PPL if you’re not into the classic bodybuilding split.

They pulled some autistic shit, they can sell all the hard drugs they want man, but two things-

1. Over the clearnet? That’s fucking stupid.

However I personally I’ve never tried it myself so I can’t say much…
