Dapoxetine: P.E. Treatment ?

Hello All,
Here I am again w/ a hormone/sexual based question. I really appreciate any advice.
I'll spare the little details. Overview:
200mg Test-C per wk
1mg Adex per wk
*Cialis and/or Viagra as needed.
The PDE5 meds really work but I get so cranked up it's impossible to wait. Sometimes just her touching me is enough. It's strange as they claim the opposite but it seems the boner pills make it worse. Especially the Cialis. I have tried so many different things with little to no success.
My Question is about Dapoxetine. I know it's an SSRI, which normally I avoid. That said, I'm very interested in it's efficacy and dosage.
How is it indicated? Most important to me; is it taken 'as needed' and works within an hour or so, then that's it till next time; OR; is it required to take it daily to maintain blood levels?

I'm guessing not to many out there with experience but I'm really hoping someone can help me out.

I noticed taking it at least two hours before sex was the sweet spot for me. My dose was very small (10-15mg if I remember correctly) because anything more and I'd just feel like sleeping.

On a side note, my PE issues completely reversed when I started squatting and deadlifting. I'm guessing my PE was less psychological and more of a tight PC muscle or something.

Really helpful. Interesting about the exercises helping it. I'm sure mine is a combo of psych/physical. When I'm blasting my T dose(now= 400mg) I get so oversensitive it's crazy.
I'm in a long distance relationship seeing her 90/180 days, so when I'm there I'm really jacked up. I can't imagine it causing libido to kill it for me, but who knows?

Last question: Did the reduced libido cause any issues with erection? Ever taken with Viagra or Cialis?

A little bit.. With small doses, it didn't effect hardness, but I would say there is less sensitivity. I'm guess that is why there are pills with a combination of a large dose of sildenafil and dapoxetine; at higher doses it's most likely going to effect erection due to the sedative effect.

When I used it, I would take 10mg dapoxetine and then an hour later take 20mg of sildenafil. Other things I've taken the past that worked are tianeptine and phenibut, but they aren't as potent as dapoxetine.

Your best bet is to get a small pack and try it solo. Use the smallest dose possible and go from there. Keep in mind, you really should avoid taking SSRI/SSRE type drugs frequently if at all - even "short-acting" SSRIs can alter brain chemistry.

Really good point. I'm medicated for a bipolar/schizophrenic condition. SSRI meds can cause some serious side effects. Honestly, I shouldn't risk taking them at all, but low dose and frequency will be ok (are least till I can get my body under control). Over the years, I've tried many SSRI meds. I never found

take 30mg dapox 1 hour before intercourse. it works. no you dont take it to maintain steady blood levels lol. the point is that its an SSRI that is so short acting you will get minimal ssri affects...because youre not trying to actually be on an SSRI.
if youre trying to have super sex take 10mg cialis like in the morning of intercourse, then take 50mg viagra and 30-60mg dapox like 1 hour before. make sure they are in powdered form so they absorb quicker.
also if youre unsually sensitive its most likely due to your estrogen being on the higher end. are you splitting your adex up EoD? have you gotten bloodwork?
Id also reccomend kratom or another opi like substance, but only for sex. like a little kratom and a couple shots on top of it all

you gotta get bloodwork bro
if I were you Id split the 1MG adex you currently take into EoD dosages because of its half life, itll make your e2 a litle more stable and maybe even lower your estrogen a little bit more while still taking the same dose, just crush the tablet into powder and make an even amount of lines to split it.
this also makes it easier for if you wanted to take a little bit more adex.
for example if you split the 1MG into 3 even lines, each line would be .33mg adex
.33mg adex dosed EoD is 1.155MG adex per week (7 days=3.5 dose days X .33mg adex)
I really think your problem is high e2, Ive been there before, ruined one of my relationships HAHA,
but dont go thinking its super high, it just might be a little on the high side
so either get bloodwork now or do the 1.15MG adex per week which doesnt sound like much but its 15% more adex per week, so a little nudge, then get bloodwork

Dapoxetine for the win...
Followed the advice, took 10mg Cialis in the morning, 50mg Viagra about 2 hours before, and took 45mg Dapoxetine about 2hr before.
I did doze off waiting for her putting the kid to bed. She got me up and DAMN that Dapoxetine really really works. I couldn't believe it. Was the best we've had since I started taking hormones. Wow.
I will say, the only negative was it was a little rough to finish. I can't really call it a negative though. I was able to, just had to really get my head into it...

Thanks everyone here for the advice. I will add, I really don't like just throwing drugs at all my issues. I just ran blood and waiting for results. Hopefully I can get dialed in soon.

Ya, I have a bad habit of throwing drugs at my problems. The Dapoxetine didn't kill my libido at all, just made me a little drowsy, but I cut back to 30mg , probably will try 15mg. At least till I can look at my blood. I will say ever since I started Test I've had problems lasting. When my E2 is high I often need a boner pill. Thing is, for me Cialis gives me PE issues. Maybe all the extra blood down there idk.
Anyway, like I said I'm blown away how well it worked. Definitely need to take at least an hour better two before.

No problem .. I thought I'd update as I'm learning as I go. So I tried stepping down the dose to 15mg. I guess it helped a little but it was no where near what I needed.
My girl is super honest, which I prefer. Although sometimes I wish she'd just lie . She said, it was ok but could've been much longer...
From the start I felt that feeling like I would explode. I will say I felt like I blew my dick off... ... Back to the drawing board. Seems like 45 (1.5 pills) is my sweet spot.
You mentioned libido, this dose had zero effect on that. Part of it is I only see her 1-2mo then away for 1-2... So when I get her I'm insane.
Good luck... I'm curious to hear others experiences?
