For example, if you are benching 500 lbs, putting on 10-20 lbs in that month on dbol would be fantastic, but if you are benching like 225 lbs, putting on 10-20 lbs in that month would be considered lackluster. Further, how you train, your current approach to nutrition, your bodyweight, and your genetics alongside pre-cycle training will all factor in a ton in how much strength progression you make in this time frame.
