What’s up you little whores? I mentioned before in a thread that I would do a log thanks to the encouragement from @“yelruP” and it’s going to be gay, exciting, and mouth watering. I’ve been an active member on the forums for a decent time and an active member of the community for 4 or 5 years now.

This offseason is going to last around 8 months possibly more depending on how it goes. I will be working with a well known coach that I won’t disclose for obvious opsec reasons. He has worked with many pros and turned many clients pro. Our goal is to gain at least 15-20lbs of lean mass this year. He would like for me to gain 25-30lbs but we will see how it goes.

I will be using only SpartaPharma gear aside from some LNL Aromasin for the next couple of weeks until I get some more ordered.

My initial diet will consist of:

4000-4500 calories a day with lower fat and higher carbs.

5 full meals not including pre, intra, or post workout nutrition. Each meal will have 8 ozs of meat (chicken, turkey, or steak), 1 cup of jasmine rice, or 4oz sweet potatoes with .5 to 1 cup of veggies.

I will post occasional updates of my diet. There will be 1-2 cheats a week on the weekends.

Now for the fun stuff all of you little sluts want to see… the bulk of a life time jk this is a bitch cycle

Weeks 1-10 then we will adjust as we see fit
Test e 600mg
Test c 600mg
Deca 600mg (will look at increasing to 800mg)
Superdrol
  • weeks 1: 10mg a day
    -weeks 2: 20mg a day
    -weeks 3- 20mg a day
    -weeks 4: 30mg a day
    -weeks 5-7: 40mg a day
GH:
Currently running 5IUs of some generics from dragon ordnance and 5ius of ansomone. Only have about 2 weeks left
Once this runs out, I will move into pharma

Pharma GH:
2ius of Tevtropin/Zomacton until March

Then switch to 4ius of serostim ED with 2ius of Tevtropin

Possibly increase the seros to 6ius daily depending on funds

Will consider getting some Greytops and running 15ius a day. Runs me the same cost as 6ius of seros or I can get mauves and run 25ius a day at the same price. We will see what big daddy wants.

Slin:

Weeks 1-8
5ius of humalog with breakfast
5ius of humalog with meal 3
10ius humulin r preworkout

Will be running a multivitamin, 600mg milk thistle, and 1g tudca for the orals and overall health.

Stats: 5’10
Current weight: 205lbs
BF: 10% with clear abs and veins in quads, forearms, and shoulders coming in

Looks great man, looking forward to following this. Curious though, why 600mg of two different esters of test instead of just 1.2g of e or c

I’m curious regarding the test esters also. I’ve heard a lot of people say that they respond better to cyp. I personally combine Sust with test e on the basis that my levels will remain more stable, but then again I pin ED anyways so it can’t make much of a difference.

How much sdrol? And what kind of split? (Don’t need to break down every exercise, just curious as to what body parts are on what day)

Reason for the test into split is more bro science than anything in my opinion. I’ve never done two like this before. It was more or less what he suggested. Coach will want me to try this and see how I respond and adjust accordingly. I’m on week 2 of my offseason already and have gone from 196 to 205.

Yelrup- the sdrol dose is listed underneath it.

Workouts will be high volume splits. 1 bodypart a day and depending how I will, I will throw in an extra workout a week to hit what I feel is lacking. I’m going to try to bring up my arms mainly.

Update-

Did my first slin pin at work and I feel like a badass. They think it’s cause I need it but really I’m just getting fucking swole. Also yesterday was my first time trying superdrol and it gave me a warm feeling rather quickly and within 10mins I was fucking hot and laser focused.

Hey brother thanks for taking the time out to post this. We need more of this around here. Just curious about what you have to say about your insulin protocol. Makes sense to me to use Humalin pre work out because you will get the 2 peaks or it will be bio active longer for your pre intra and post nutrition. I prefer to use Humalog before and after work out and sometimes I will run it with every meal. But its the same concept. Ive had a lot of debate with people that they prefer humalog only pre workout. The problem with that is by the time your done training its already peaked and is on its way down thats why the second dose and for me its 10iu per shot its not like im doubling up with 20iu. Imo post workout would be the most important time for recovery.

So I have only ever used slin Pre workout and adding it to breakfast and with one meal is new. The idea behind the humulin was because it would be in the system through my 3 stages of workout nutrition. I have a scheduled call with my coach tomorrow and he was texting me yesterday about my gear and slin protocol. He might want to increase my gear cause of how I’m responding and do humalog post workout at 10IUs. He said we can discuss it but I think what will happen is do humulin with breakfast and end up doing the humalog with my meal and post workout. I will wait to confirm until our call.

I absolutely love slin, the look it gives, and how I feel when I use it. I am concerned if I drop down to only 2-4ius of pharma growth it won’t be enough. Just running the generics at 10IUs till they’re gone.

Update on today:

I got more food added into my plan. It’s mostly an added cup of oats, 2 oz of chicken on one meal, and extra olive oil for others.

On non workout days, I am to consume my meal 2 (chicken, sweet potatoes, cinnamon, olive oil, and veggies) in place of my workout nutrition (pre intra post).

I’ll be hitting legs today. Will update how it goes. I don’t typically squat anymore cause my knee has a lot of pain when I do. It’s mostly going to consist of 4-5 sets of leg ext, 6 sets leg press at diff heights, lunges, seated hamstring curls, dumbbell hamstring curls, standing Hs curls, and calves. I usually do a burn out exercise of extensions or the adductor machine/abductor.

Update:

Pinned my gear late last night and no pip or knots. Today is arm day and I’m fucking excited. I felt extremely lethargic yesterday and I wasn’t sure if it’s from superdrol or work.

My lifts are all increasing pretty steadily. Let me fucking tell you one thing. Slin is the best compound ever. The pumps has me walking around like a fucking boner. I’m hard and pumped at work. The look it gives I lovetoo. Not as hard but look bigger by the fucking day.

If you haven’t used slin, quit being a pussy. That is all

I started at 196 or so. I’m sitting at 205 as of this morning. It’s been about 1.5 weeks since I started.
