Hey I'm a 33y.o male 5'9 140lbs injured myself in 2017 was told it was a pinched nerve went through alot of pain, come to find out last year my si joint ligaments were all torn to shit and my longissismous was torn 90% (this muscle runs up both sides of your spine from your pelvis to your neck) I did prp injection therapy (platelet rich plasma) and that helped but I also have torn ligaments in my abductor as well.

Was looking at taking some peptides to help with the healing but have very little knowledge on tb500 and bpc-157.

Need help with dosing please and length I should be on it.

I am currently taking hgh at 3.33 ius a day to try to help with healing but have read some amazing stuff about bpc-157 and no tb-500.

Open to any criticism or tips, all will be much appreciated as well.

Thnx to anyone who can help me.

BPC-157 appears to start being effective at 0.2 mg once per day. I have personally gone up to 0.4 mg twice a day. Inject it close to the site of the injury.

TB-500 is administered less frequently but at higher doses. The lowest I have heard of being effective is 1 mg once per week, injected subcutaneously near the injury. Most people dose it higher, something like 5 mg/injection ranging from once a week to every other day, but I've seen some folks doing 10 mg at a time.

If you plan to run both of them, you want to space out the injections the best you can. If you do BPC-157 twice a day, just call it 8 AM and 8 PM, then you might want to inject the TB-500 at 2 PM that day. That's because, while the mechanisms of action are different, some of their effects are shared, and to get the most benefit per unit injected, you don't want that redundancy. TB-500 has a longer half-life, so you could probably optimize it better than that, but a lot of that is guesswork.

Are both injected subcutaneous? Also there is some gear with a bpc-157 and tb500 mix in the same vial. Should I stay away from the mix so I'm not taking them at the same time. Seems like the doses are so diffrent I'm gonna have to.

Do you happen to know if I can get cortisone injections while on peptides, hgh and test? Or is there some reactions I need to worry about?
