Deca Dick, Sexual Sides

Hello All,
I'm on TRT 200mg I used to run 400-500mg cycles. I had to stop because I got SO SO sensitive (nips, dick). Even with 2mg Adex/wk if my wife touches it it's over.
I was able to add 50mg Winny/day for 8wks without problem but kept Test at 200mg
Now I'd really like to try to cycle Deca. Ideally, I'd increase Test but I can't risk it. I've never taken it and am unsure because of the Deca Dick comments I hear? I thought with a Test base I'd be ok but more research says otherwise?

Any thoughts?

2mg adex is way too high, start low. .25 adex 2 times per week, and then go from there. Estrogen is probably way too low, and you need it for s x drive. Don't use adex for gyno symptoms, use what you're supposed to use which is raloxifene or tamoxifen.

I actually started without Adex at all. When running 400-500mg my sensitivity and Premature E were terrible. I began 1mg/wk with little to no improvement. 2mg seems to have softened it a bit.
I hate to call it gyno symptoms when it's only sensitive nips. Although often VERY sensitive.
I should add, I take 5mg Tadalifil daily. Right now 200mg Test, my sex drive is great. I use Dapoxitine for PE although it's tough because I need to predict it or straight ask my wife far in advance. Also, all these drugs to find balance sucks.
Would low Estrogen (too much Adex) cause PE? I'm also wondering if my Adex is underdosed? Could be I'm really only at 1mg or something?
So, back to the original, can Deca really mess with my sex life? Can Tadalifil help with any deca dick? I'm not really clear how it effects things. I thought a Test base would help but I've read not always.

The main cause of "deca dick" in my opinion is the conversion of nandrolone to DHN, a very weak steroid with affinity for the androgen receptor. Nandrolone competes with testosterone for the 5-ar enzyme that converts test to DHT and nandrolone to DHN, without enough DHT and with too much DHN you can experience sexual side effects. Nandrolone also has affinity for the progesterone receptor, which may make this issue worse. I believe nandrolone may also lower dopamine, raising prolactin as well. All these things combined can be a problem.

An easy solution would be to stay away from nandrolone in general and run a safer DHT derivative like masteron or primobolan. Both of these will also not lead to gynocomastia symptoms as they both reduce estrogen and its effects on breast tissue while still leaving enough estrogen in circulation to prevent sexual issues from the lack of estrogen.
