Decade Long term powder storage?

So I ordered powder raws from Dragon, and some of it I can probably use in the next 2 years or so. But some of it is literally more than I could use in a lifetime (1g of ADex and 1g of Dutasteride).

The powders are just in simple little plastic sealed pouches right now. I’m sure that’s fine for a year or two, but I’m sure in 2022 everything will have bacteria and other nasty growth.

So how would I go about storing powders for 10+ years? Has anyone done this or have any ideas?

Researching this independently(thank you nootropics), it appears as though you need to get silica desiccant packs, vacuum sealable bags, an air tight jar, styrofoam box/igloo cooler.

You dump the silica packs in with the powder. Dump the power into a vacuum sealable bag.
Stick the sealed bags in an air tight jar. Then toss more sillica gel packs in with the sealed packets inside the jar. Stick the jar inside of a styofoam box(ideally) or an igloo cooler.

The igloo cooler I have, the styrofoam boxes amazingly cost like $25, so I’m just going with the igloo personally.

You can also use heat sealable rather than vacuum bags, but they’ll have at least some air in them. This isn’t a big deal for 4-5 year storage, but it’s a huge problem for 10+ year storage. You need to use vacuum bags if you’re planning to store powders for 10+ years.

You’re assuming that sourcing powder raws will be simple and cheap in the future. I have no real way to know this. There basically were no easily accessible powder sellers in 2015. And there may not be any in 2025.

It was very easy to find many prohormones just five years ago. A lot of them are literally not even made today. There’s no way to know what will be available 10 or more years from now.

Thanks for the info. I’ve considered stocking up on test raws.
