DHB and tendons/ligaments/joints

Ok, so I have a few bottles of this I’ve been staring at in the cabinet, but I’ve had a damn shoulder injury that I’ve been nursing a few weeks from benching heavy. I am planning on starting back up from my cruise soon and keep finding conflicting information on DHB. Some say that it has similar qualities on connective tissue that EQ displays and others saying it does nothing. My plan was to run the DHB w Test and wondering if anyone’s noticed any benefits to joints/tendons etc that they’ve seen with DHB?

I used DHB for a long time noticed no joint or tendon issues, at the same time it offered no benefits either. Overall I felt it more androgenic than test on a 1:1 basis if that helps at all. Side note it’s the 1 steroid that actually made me lose hair idk why

I would argue it might make them worse while on DHB.

I haven’t tried dhb , but it can have those androgenic effects. I haven’t seen it reported, though

@MikeAlstott well I will be saving that for a later date then…lol…I will go ahead and just run Npp bc I was in a toss up and had both

@thelastnut well the hair thing is definitely a minus too then…damn…maybe I will save it til spring and stack with some tren and test…get some RU for the hair and let it get working a month or in advance…

@Jordo your mileage may vary. I just wanted you to be warned that DHB is not something people take to help boost their ligaments and tendons. If you get PIP from DHB, it can be a huge bitch to deal with and that’s why I would argue it could be worse for your ligaments and tendons. As for hair, everyone is different. I noticed a little shedding, not as much as Mast for me though.

@MikeAlstott ok all good thanks for the reply, yeah I love mast but it rapes my fcking hair…so backed away from it and been sitting on my tren also until I get some RU or something to try to offset some of it. As far as pip I am not too worried about that, I mean not looking forward to it but I will ease into it…but I may just shelve it too and run test prop/Npp for 10-12weeks and drop back to cruise for a bit.

I won’t lie DHB sucks ass for that exact reason. Holy shit I forgot EQ crashed my e2 and wrecks my tendons/ligaments/joints etc etc due to low estrogen. I thought it was a “myth” but anyone who says otherwise just doesn’t respond to EQ like that.

Low dose EQ, DHB with high dose Deca and just enough test with gh/peptides should help you.

I honestly feel my best on Test/Deca/Dbol… everything feels like butter and I’m more confident with heavy weights. It’s a very un easy feeling when you have dry joints and trying to lift heavy. Just doesn’t work.
