Ok, so I have a few bottles of this I’ve been staring at in the cabinet, but I’ve had a damn shoulder injury that I’ve been nursing a few weeks from benching heavy. I am planning on starting back up from my cruise soon and keep finding conflicting information on DHB. Some say that it has similar qualities on connective tissue that EQ displays and others saying it does nothing. My plan was to run the DHB w Test and wondering if anyone’s noticed any benefits to joints/tendons etc that they’ve seen with DHB?
