This is one of my first posts here. I think ive made a comment here and there about sources. Anyway. Im 31 have a very long history of cycling. I have a pituitary issue so I never produced testosterone correctly and have been on trt since I was 17. Because of this, I ended up running many cycles through my younger years which may be frowned upon, im not sure what the climate is on this board in that reguards. Anyway, I am currently on a "cruise" and I frame it that way because its maybe a bit more then most cruises but lighter then most cycles. I had some medical issues that didnt allow me to workout for over a year and wanted a little faster recuperation from that so ive been running. ~375 test ~ 300 deca. And hinestly its probably a bit lower then that because my injection days end up getting pushed back a day or 2 here and there pretty often because i have been still re adjusting to this lifestyle.
Anyway, enough backround. I am planning on a more legitmate cycle and have been thinking about increasing my test to >500 mg/wk and keeping deca at ~300mg/wk and adding in DHB for say 10 weeks at 200ish. But i have no experience with this compound and am wondering what you guys think an appropriate dose may be. Or any other suggestions that would help me put together something maybe more effective.
I am currently 209lbs at 15%
I have attached some photos of me pre- medical issues, they are about 2 years old now, but I am really wanting to get back to this look. Im about 190lbs and 4.5% there.
Im hoping that while i am loosing some bodyfat I can also get a little bigger then i was here. Open to comments feedback whatever you guys got. Thanks.
