I purposely didn’t place this in the dieting category because my question is a little different and more people visit this sub forum. Anyways, over my years of being enhanced, I’ve always managed to stay fairly lean when lean bulking. I have cut once in 3 years so I am a little out of my zone. My question (drugs aside) is, how hard do you or would you cut to maintain the muscle you have? How many calories or what macros do you drop? I understand what works for you may not work for me but I’m just looking for anecdotal information. I’m open to all helpful comments, thanks.
