I ordered like 20g from Dragon Ordnance a while ago and it’s still mostly full. Shit is dirt cheap in bulk.
My PWO suggestion involves purchasing raw ingredients yourself entirely and gauging doses, as I learned through trial and error plus some articles and videos what works best. I’ll list the doses I started with before my tolerance ramped up, as these seem to be the ‘minimum effective dose’ for each ingredient in my opinion.
Beta Alanine 6g
Niacin 500mg
Caffeine 300mg
DMAA 75mg
Taurine 3g
Dose as desired if those numbers aren’t hitting you hard enough but be mindful of the two stimulants if you’re prone to heart issues on cycle or have shit cardio because heart attacks ain’t cool. My current doses are a bit higher than this except the Taurine stays constant at 3g and when I pop this shit (Only for heavy max effort days or at meets now) the flush from niacin plus the tingles from B.Alanine and the rush of energy from the stims makes it feel like I’m going Super Saiyan lol. The flush gets intense sometimes btw, I was jokingly called Red Hulk once because I took way too much niacin and my whole body was a real noticable red. That lift was amazing though so fuck it lol. Add in a few huffs of nose tork and you’ll feel like you’ve left humanity behind bro. All of those can be bought from many places online including
