Do I possibly have an infection?

Last pinned test e 250mg on Wed. A wide area of my glute is very sore, more so than ive ever had after pinning before. But I have no rash or swelling around injection site, probably no infection right? Never had soreness so far away from injection site like this before and am nervous.

Could be a bad pin, subq leak, or inflammation. I've had countless pins go wrong without it being an infection. Keep an eye on it for signs of getting worse or going down before heading to a doctor.

Nah just sore. Have other questions regarding my most recent pin posted in same thread if u dont mind taking a look

Signs of infection would be:

1) Area gets red and hot
2) Pus formation
3) Potential abscess formation
4) Fever
5) Malaise

If you aren't seeing tell-tale signs of Pus/Abscess/Fever, I wouldn't worry about it. If things don't get better in a few days, go to an urgent care and they'll give you some antibiotics.

That is correct. Worse yet, if you develop a fever, you're in trouble and need to see a doc.
