Do masteron/primobolan really lower E2?

I know vigorous Steve says mast will lower E2, but some of the guys over on anabolic bodybuilding claim that it does not directly impact it, and in cases they’ve seen it does not. Idk who is correct, but seems to be pretty conclusive that primo will bring it down.
Best way to know is to run both DHTs separate keeping other variables as similar as possible & get blood work done.
Everyone’s body is different in the way they react to certain things so it could be a case to case specific whether it mitigates your E2 or not.
Test/e2 blood work is cheap so this wouldn’t be a costly experiment.

I need to run an AI to keep my e2 in range on 250mg test. When I threw in 200mg primo on top, my e2 was smack in the middle of in range with no AI use. Once I dropped the primo I had to bring back my ai use to keep e2 in check. So for me personally, primo does act as an ai in regards to e2 levels on my bloodwork. If you're looking to minimize using ai, in my experience atleast with primo itll depend on how much test youre running. For me 250/200 worked well, but ive seen some people say theyve crashed their e2 with a ratio like that.
As for mast, I didn't get bloods to check, but definitely still felt like I needed an ai when I ran a similar amount of test/mast.

I believe Kurt Havens mentioned masteron having more of a serm effect while primo had metabolites that blocked aromatase.
My E2 on just 120mg trt is usually between 55-60pg, on primo it was 32. Masteron dries me out to the point my knees hurt, E2 on it stays pretty much close or below reference.
I feel they have their use and these effects don't happen for everyone ( had 5 clients have mixed results with barely any change in protocol). I'm more a fan of managing estrogen before trying to fry the system with AIs over fear of boobies.

I upped my primo to combat gyno. Been working well so far. This is because I don’t have arimidex right now. I would just use arimidex as an AI. Using mast and primo as AI was like an old school bodybuilder thing to do.

I was on 400mg Test a week for 6 weeks and my E2 was 94 with no ai at all. I added 300 primo and 6mg Aromasin 3x a week for the next 8 weeks and it brought it down to 14!! I know I should have done one or the other but I really wanted to get my E2 under control. I don't know which one was more effective but I know that small amount of Aromasin didn't drop it from 94 to 14. Take it for what it's worth
