What are you taking? I know some people who get anxiety and panic attacks from 19-nors.

If you have hypertension you need to manage it with medication like acei or arbs. If htn is left unmanaged youll end up with lvh and other problems.

For the tachycardia, how fast is your heart going? Tachycardia if its frequent enough (constantly day and night) can cause heart failure too. It sounds like you could have anxiety, possibly panic disorder if you have random panic attacks with a lot of physical symptoms. Beta blockers like propranolol, metoprolol, atenolol, or nebivilol are excellent for controlling a fast heart rate by blocking the effects of adrenaline on the heart. Nebivolol and a few other beta blockers have intrinsic sympathomimetic effects which means they wont lower it as much as a pure antagonist like propranolol.

I would get checked out by a doc soon just to make sure it isnt something serious. Check your hr and document when it happens and any additional symptoms. Dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling like youre going to pass out, or any chest pains are important to mention. Check your bp and if its high take a few deep breaths and check again and write it down.

I've never had High BP and check very often When my panic was bad I would check 1-3 times a day. Ive been on trt for a couple years now and ive never had a single panic attack or anxiety issue pre gear. I was checked out heavily at emerg went to a cardiologist got an echo have my bloods checked every 6months. Generally I would get weak legs a very slight dizzy feeling and my heart would not be super fast but around 130-140. He wanted me to take ssris I went for clonazepam it worked for a while but not sustainable once i went on ssris My panic became way worse and way more often with way higher heart rates 150-160 with other psych effects so I dropped it.

I still do wonder what actually caused it someday id like to go on another cycle so I'm trying to find someone who had a similar issue and see what they did to solve it. So maybe beta blockers might be worth a look on cycle. The doc is very adamant I'm fine tho and that its just from the gear.

So EQ can cause anxiety in some people, and its such a long ester it takes awhile to clear. Did you have attacks on your test/dbol cycle? How much time was in-between your EQ run and that test/dbol only one? Do you take AI, I know high E2 can also do that for some people, and dbol will pump your e2 up.

With how often youre checking your bp it sounds like you might have some anxiety about your health. Anxiety can cause weak legs and dizziness, Ive experienced that myself. Im taking propranolol 20 mg twice daily. Beta blockers might be really helpful. Have you gotten ecg or a holter monitor to make sure its not paroxysmal afib or something?

Beta blockers can reduce renin secretion as well but they arent that great at lowering bp.
