When pinning, do you stick the needle all the way in? or do you leave a bit just in case in breaks off at the base?
Reason I ask this is recently on another forum I seen someone who posted about the needle breaking at the base and few other have chimed in.
I normally use a 1 inch needle for my glutes due to low bodyfat, it works for me, but now has me thinking about a 1.5 inch just to leave a bit out
