Does HGH affect my bloodwork for TRT

Hello

I’m currently on TRT at 120mg/week and I was thinking of taking GH at 2-4iu per day and was wondering if this would affect anything my endocrinologist would flag that could put my TRT script at risk.

The blood work they request is for:
- ALT
- Alk. phosphatase
- lipid assessment (includes cholesterol, HDL-C, triglycerides, calculated LDL-C & Cholesterol/HDL-C ratio
- CBC

Side question:
Would any of the following affect my bloodwork as well for what’s mentioned?

- Anavar
- BPC-157
- TB-500
- Epitalon

Thank you!!!!

ALT: it can elevate if you train 72hrs prior to labs, so take a few days off prior.
Alkaline Phosphatase: Low zinc, if it comes back under reference. Simple fix.
Lipids: HDL will perpetually be low, citrus bergamot/ Garlic extract/ IP6 can help or pharma-level get Ezetimibe.
CBC: Grapefruit seed extract is interesting for helping blood component health (lowering hematocrit).

None of those peptides will affect your labs, Anavar being a DHT derivative will skew HDL even further and possibly interfere with eGFR/Cystatin-C as it's metabolized in the kidneys. Stay hydrated (more leading up to the labs) and don't train to keep things stable until the draw.

thanks that’s great - I’ll look into those.
If I give myself 2 months maybe 3 months coming off before lab work will it still show or I’ll be alright.

Thinking:

Take for 8 weeks and stop with 2-3 months recovery before lab work:
- Proviron 50mg/ed for 8 weeks
- Anavar 40-60mg/ed for 8 weeks

Test E 500mg / week (dropping back to 120mg for 3 months before doing lab work as that’s my TRT Dose)

GH 4iu a day ongoing

I'd love to hear back from you after blood work about the hgh, tb, and bpc.

Anavar will kill your lipid profile while on, and also probably ALT because that's liver function testing. Like pete said, ALT can also be from muscle breakdown.
