How do you guys typically IM dorso gluten? I've been doing ventro occasionally shoulders but need to add more locations that are easier to do yourself with minimal pain. I've fell back to much on ventro cuz I got comfortable with it and it's easier then your shoulder and I don't got no one to help. Just did pin today and I've never had this happen before but I only managed to get about half the pin 1.5ml total so about .75ml in and it straight halted at that point. I'm gonna take a guess and say I've accumulated a good ammount of scar tissue and thats why it wouldnt all go?. Or maybe just a bad stick to the general location?

Try quads, section off from your knee to the top of your leg in three sections then flex your quad and see the putter muscle then find where there isn’t a vein by looking in a light and pin, your leg might spaz if you hit a nerve but you’ll be fine I wouldn’t go with anything longer than a 1” needle tho as you go too deep it can be bad, also lats are a good spot. Lift your arm up a little grab a door and turn your body we’re your lat comes out a good bit then just pin in that joocy meat lol…..
