Dosing Clenbuterol

Just picked up some Clenbuterol and am planning on doing the 2 week on/ 2 week off protocol for the last 8 weeks of my cut. How should I be dosing it and when should I take it? I’m 1 6’2" 210 pound male at 12% BF.

Pretty sure it’s a long half life so just take it when convenient, prob morning/afternoon tonsvoud sleeplessness.
Also just run it straight, info shows iirc there is no doentegulation, it’s just that the side affects diminish, that’s a good thing.
That’s how I’ll do it when I cut.

How much should I take? Work up to full dosage or just jump right in?
