What do you guys think of this? It seems very interesting. He claims doing one set to failure of each exercise is all that is required to get 3x the muscle growth you would from free weights. I’m almost convinced this is the ultimate workout tool. What do you guys think? Has anyone else researched this in depth? Everyone that uses it says it’s amazing and easily worth the $550 price.

Snake oil salesman. Don’t fall for that shit. You need to progressively overload the muscle to see muscle growth. Whether that’s by adding reps, weight, increasing TUT from workout to workout. A stupid bar with a band will not allow for that. Machines or free weights are the way to go.

Just get resistance bands. I got some extreme resistance bands from a bodybuilding website and I can hit my arms and shoulders with these from home as well as I can with any dumbell or barbell

Looks like another gimmick to me.

I’d rather invest my money in steel bars and iron plates that will last you for the rest of your life.
