Dragon Ordnance Missing Item (RESOLVED)

Ordered on 2/18 no word of anything on 2/24 as package was still showing preparing for shipment. Followed up and received no response just an email saying your order has shipped.

Received order and missing a relatively important item.

Can the mods please get in contact with Dragon as I’m reading quite a few of these instances. Super disappointed to say the least.

Needlesss to say I have contacted him regarding the missing item.

Domestic must be something fairly recent. I gotta wonder who’s running this operation and whether it will be the shit show PPL ran into when their reshippers were sending out empty packs and running off with product.

When it comes to PPL and DO I go straight to the source in China. If I wanted domestic I’d go with guys that have a well established track record on this forum and I’d only go with those that have good communication.

I say this not as a slam to DO or PPL, I have packs from them almost every month or two from china, but I’m not sure domestic will ever work long time when you try to hire people for a domestic gig that could land someone in prison for years.

He has not responded so how would I know if it’s coming from a different source… Not sure what other info needs to be provided. The SOURCE did not provide an item paid for and is not responding to my communication… plain and simple. Can this be escalated by mods? I can show you order info or whatever else is needed. If further info is needed please specify and I will provide no problem.

Unfortunate situation and super concerning as I don’t think we are the only two missing items/orders.

I’ve treid to contact him every way possible - he did follow up on another forum and asked to email. Which i did again. So he’s seeing our messages.

He knows i have a show coming up and needed those products to come through and he was there replying when making an order but after that he disappeared.

He came on wickr and mentioned something wrong about my address - i checked again - it’s the same address i’ve used for years and placed 100s of orders with.

I’m getting concerned - does this guy actually have a stock or is he just a reseller with limited liability so when shit like this happens there is no real loss on his side?

Replied to @“saucebutt”. Upon verifying with my shipper, we are indeed missing a vial from his order. Reshipping it promptly as soon as he replies to my email for an address to send to.

Have done. Received an email earlier today saying my order is shipped but on the website still says preparing package and i don’t have any tracking number

Guys, Dragon’s people will come through. I waited on a raw pack for several months one time. Frustrating, yeah, but the market is what the market is. If your pack doesn’t get seized it’ll show up sooner or later.
