Does anyone have any advice to reduce coring I use 18 g needles to draw and sometimes it makes the vial leak while it’s in what gauge needle doesn’t do that and is there any way to prevent it.

That’s kinda strange, I use 20ml vials and 18g needles and haven’t had any issues. You poking a different spot every time?

22g and up don’t give me any issues, 18-20g usually invites leaking and stopper tearing (pieces of rubber inside of the vial).

I use 22 or 23 g needles for filling. The septum (rubber stopper) is not always the best quality, depending on the product, and there's not much you can do when you start punching out holes. It's a phenomenon called "coring" and it eventually happens to all septa after too much use. Shitty ones, it happens faster.

Aim for new spots until you can get some larger needles.
