E2 level

My E2 is elevated with a reading of 69 with anything over 29 being considered out of range. I have a little face bloat but nothing too bad. I’d like to keep the levels within the normal range so I’m considering taking arimidex .25mg e3d on days I pin. Any feedback on the dosage or if keeping it slightly elevated at that # is best?

Gotcha, for reference, I believe I feel my best when my E2 is right around 50. It’s fine to be out of normal range when using exogenous test and having slightly higher E2 is actually beneficial for most looking to put on tissue. This is just my .2 cents and everyone is different.

I think introducing adex at .25mg E3D should do you fine. I would start that and draw bloods again in a month or so to see where it puts you at.

Yes I use adex at .5mg mon/Thursday. I usually run my test closer to 750-1000mg. This is very individual so what works for me, won’t necessarily work for someone else.

Yea was just curious that way it can help me troubleshoot should .25mg not work for some reason or if I up the test dosage in the future. Any lab markers to keep an eye on that could negatively be effected once adex is taken like cholesterol, etc?

Keep an eye on lipids but at your dose it shouldn’t be too bad
