I took a about a year off, and i no longer have the flexibility to use an underhand grip.
I was doing deadhangs just to stretch and changed my grip to underhand, and it’s like my forearms and shoulders don’t rotate externally enough to hang in a chin up position
I’ve been stretching my lats and doing regular dead hangs to gain more flexability but i haven’t had any improvement in the underhand grip, I can’t pinpoint the issue and whatever needs stretching , isn’t being stretched enough
