I sent the payment (8df7eff95514066263c85dc0f73caf29b09b94f91ef7cf5470b424a0ae73057d ) to EC 13 days ago.
EC: “Sounds good, we’ll let you know when it arrives. ”
The pack landed on last Thursday and they most certainly did not let me know.
On Friday I inquired that it should have arrived by then, as it was a tracked package.
They did not reply.
So I inquired again on Monday.
EC on Monday: “Hello! Our apologies if we didn’t get back to you, we had laptop issues last week and had to get a repair done but thought we had caught up with everyone yesterday and today. We have received your product and will have results to you by tomorrow evening (!!! they are talking about Tuesday!) at the latest, although we expect it a little sooner. ”
Okay, their laptop broke - hard to believe, but who cares.
Yesterday, on Wednesday (!) after 3 more inquiries they have replied again:
EC: “Those are coming today for you ”
Now I have inquired twice again yesterday and I have gotten no reply.
I have sent another email today expressing how disappointed I am by now.
I wonder if their laptop broke again - but then they would not be posting, right?
Maybe they should spend more time replying to their actual customers than arguing on forums.
