I made a post a little while ago about dialing in my dose of ASIN for my current cycle. These were the results.
At the time of testing, I was on nothing but Test-500MG a week. injections on Monday and Thursday. ASIN was dosed at 25 MG on injection days.
Estro came out to be 36pg/ml on the Wednesday after the Monday injection. I was pretty happy with these results.
According to this study:
Pharmacokinetics and Dose Finding of a Potent Aromatase Inhibitor, Aromasin (Exemestane), in Young Males
https://doi.org/10.1210/jc.2003-031279
Within twelve hours of dosing 25MG of ASIN, your estrogen should be about 65% ± 8 than what it was prior to the dose. After what looks like around 48-72h it raises to slightly below baseline levels.
What is interesting to note is that around the 144h mark there seems to be a slight rebound of estrogen, then levels out to baseline after several more days.
This is pretty useful to me if you want to math the fuck out of your ASIN dosage.
"Percent change from baseline (mean ± SD) in plasma estradiol concentrations after a single 25-mg dose of exemestane in 10 young males."
