Assuming this is your 1st cycle, Arimidex is the safest AI to have on hand since you can rebound from it so quickly. Beware of taking AI preemptively though. Everyone's different, and I'm running a very small dosage of AI but still getting relatively low E2 currently. It's easier to deal with high E2 than low E2.
