Started following Chase Irons based on someone's recommendation on here and I watched his series following his injectable L-Carnitine dosing and review. Stuff seems pretty magical for fat loss and "opening" anabolic receptors. But, he also sells it so not sure how much of it is hype vs real world results.
Anyone have experience with it? What do you think, what were your results?
Seems like timing is really important aspect of it unless you are pairing with insulin but I have zero interest in taking insulin.
