Recently had a communication issue with @ExpressPCT I’ve ordered from them a lot in the past and I wouldn’t hesitate to again if this gets ironed out. I’m assuming with them being clear net they get way more traffic than a normal domestic anabolics source and I just slipped through the cracks. But here’s a timeline

10/27 Made an order
11/27 I received a letter stating my order was seized, due to modafinil that was in my order
11/30 Reached out with a picture of the letter requesting reship, but with a nearly equal, but lesser dollar amount of T3 in place of the modafinil
12/2 Reply to my email as I still haven’t heard from them
12/3 They get back to me offering me store credit instead, I had made a ~$140 order, I agree to the credit
12/10 Reach back out because I still haven’t received the credit

As of now, 12/15 still haven’t heard from anyone. Figured this was better than replying to my own email again. I’ll keep you guys posted on how this goes.

Another complaint for a similar situation from ExpressPCT:

Placed order 12/14
Did not arrive in customs until 1/10
No activity since 1/10 and pack has not been delivered

Mentioned the long T/A in the ExpressPCT source thread and was given this response:
“We do not offer refunds for packages that are taking longer than expected unless it is lost (30 days since update).”

Told ExpressPCT it was more than 30 days since last update and I would like a refund, because I don’t care to wait another several months for Cialis.

Rick argued and said he would bring it to the SST mods, and CC me on the response.

Has ignored all communication since.

I don’t expect to get my order or my money back, but I will never use ExpressPCT again.

@mcjooce2 Hi,

I am not too sure why you try to mislead your complaint. You contacted me on a Sunday asking for your refund (Yesterday) and then because you did not receive a reply on a Sunday you have opened a complaint. I replied to you today, Monday, the next working day.

By all means, we do not need to refund you as nowhere on the front page of our thread or our website do we list refunds are available instead of reshipment. It was offered to you as a gesture of goodwill once modmail responded, they have not yet responded.

Your tracking states it is sitting in US customs in NYC, my post to you stated that we offer refunds in cases where packages are lost. Our thread and website clearly list a separate term for packages that are stuck in customs (Seized).

@ExpressPCT Hey Rick, I actually contacted you for a refund about 9 days ago, which can be verified in your source thread. We agreed to take it to the SST mods, and you did not follow up on that. Now, if they didn’t get back to you, that’s understandable, but since you failed to include me on your message to them I don’t know what’s up, so I think expecting communication is also reasonable.

Furthermore, your post clearly stated “no updates in 30 days,” which is the case with my pack, and again, your language can be verified in your own thread.

I don’t honestly expect to ever receive a refund or product from you, and that’s fine – I understood the risks when I placed the order, as with any source. But please don’t accuse me of being misleading here. That’s pretty unfair given the situation.

Your refund was already sent to the address you provided 13 hours ago. If you wish to contest that, I will provide the transaction ID with a screenshot showing the address you requested the refund be sent to. By no means were you due a refund 9 days ago, not by any term we have ever listed.

While our post does say within 30 days that term is specifically for lost packages, your package is not lost and is instead sitting in US customs. You have attempted to find a loophole in our terms to get the outcome that you want. I can post many examples showing specifically on our website and at the beginning of our thread that states seized packages are only due a reshipment. Even in the example you persist to use, it specifically says “lost”. Lost, as in by definition, the location is unknown, but the location of your package is known, it is NYC ISC.

If you prefer, I can post a picture showing your tracking minus your address that shows it arriving into NYC ISC on 10th January. In my email to you I also specifically mentioned that that we do not offer refunds for packages that are seized, we only offer reshipment. You then threatened us with a complaint.

In this outcome, we provided you with a refund but you now claim it was not sent. I can only assume this is being continued as a way to attempt to tarnish our reputation and continue the drama. You are welcome to continue this thread, but as far as we are concerned our agreement to you has ended as the refund was sent.

@ExpressPCT I did not see the refund in my account when I posted my reply, but I do now, so I apologize for that, and thank you.

Anyone can read what’s been written on your thread and website. I have no desire to continue the drama so I’m not going to belabor that point, but I stand by everything I posted, as I’m sure you do as well.
