ExpressPCT - Gone Dark

Ordered about $300 worth of Pct from the international category on ExpressPct on 9/2/21. According to the tracking number they provide, the package still seems to be in India.

It’s been over 25 days with no movement, so I emailed them asking what the deal was. I have not heard back from them. I’m going to give it another few days before I make a similar post on source complaints.

Express has not logged into SST in over 2 weeks. Starting to get a little worried. My cycle ends in 2 weeks, so I’ll likely have to just order with a local source. Pretty bummed.

Also going to check my mailbox later today for a seizure letter. I doubt there is going to be one though. The package never seemed to leave the origin country.

You said it’s in Indiana in the first paragraph, but In the last one you say it never left the origin country?

Express pct doesn’t actively use the forums. Every post in his history is pretty sporadic

I’ve ordered from them in the past. Don’t expect anything faster then a month

@PrimeYash tracking is not accurate on India warehouse it seems. I’ve ordered about 8x from their India warehouse and sometimes it never even shows arriving in the destination country it just randomly shows up in my mailbox.

Email Rick directly, He’s always been very responsive to me when I email him. He’s also very very active on reddit under user name “expresspct” you can PM them there.

They definitely aren’t scamming. And customs is taking a very long time now, The last time I ordered from their India warehouse it took 9 weeks.

@PrimeYash that’s normal… ivnhade 2 packs do that recently then boom. They are out of customs… u recently had an order I reallynreally was excited aboit… get to and through customs quick… then it got to my local post office and disappeared shit happens but express will handle it… my reship is already processed… they really don’t fuck around…try their hardest to do right antway

Last time I ordered it took a month with no updates to the tracking. Said it was still in India and 5 min later my mail man was walking up with it.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I may have made this post a little pre-maturely, I was just worried since I got no communication back. Hopefully it will arrive eventually. I hope this doesn’t deter anyone from ordering from Express. I’ve ordered from his US local products a few times now, and have always been satisfied with the t/a and quality.

@CaptainAmerica is there any way we could get Express to take off the 15-25 day t/a estimate he gives on his vendor page. It’s entirely unrealistic and has clearly caused multiple people to have to re-order with other vendors. I’ve had to miss extend my cycle (no complaints) because I still haven’t gotten my ancillaries.

@PrimeYash Unfortunately, that’s not an action we take. Our sources are accountable to advertise for themselves and when they can’t meet those expectations address the issue or complaints that arise from it.

Under normal, non COVID shipping clusterfuck circumstances, they would typically be meeting their T/A I’m sure.

I can definitely understand all frustrations with not having items arrive on time for cycle, PCT, etc.

Hey hopefully I’m not needlessly bumping this. I ordered from ExpressPCT back at the start of September and the tracking showed my stuff was stuck in India for over a month, then out of nowhere it was at my door the other day. I think the international tracking might be busted and due to all the shipping problems in the world and so on, packages are taking longer to get out. That said, I did eventually receive everything I ordered in perfect condition, it just took about twice as long as it should have. Hope this helps, hang tight.

I ordered USA domestic and it took 17 days. Emails were never responded to. It did show up through.

They just announced they are closing up shop over on meso.

I used ExpressPCT once with no issues.

My bud used them in Aug/Sept and lost his order and reahip to Canadian customs. Im afraid to try them now.
