Placed an order from India, confirmed on 7/14. Package arrived 8/31, so it took about six weeks. I was provided with a tracking number six days after ordering, but it never worked (always said “A web error has occurred.”). I sent an email to make sure the package wasn’t lost after a couple of weeks, and I was told this was normal until packages leave India. Tracking never updated until over a week after the package arrived. I had a lot going on at the time, so I decided to be patient, forget about the order, and ask for a reship if enough time passed with no tracking updates.
Reviewing tracking info, it looks like US customs took about 17 days to process the package. The order obviously took a while, but ExpressPCT came through eventually. In the future, I’ll just try to keep a larger supply of essentials on hand so that these delays aren’t something to stress about.
