I am 12 weeks into a blast and my face and neck are very red. Red like I got sunburned badly. It’s been like this for at least two weeks, people have noticed and asked me about it. Not only that, but my face often feels hot like heat radiating across my face.

Has anybody had experience with this and how can I make this go away? Like a lot of people here, I started steroids to look good…and now I don’t look good.

As I’ve said before, I’m still very new to this and would appreciate any advice.
  • 500mg test E / week
  • 12.5mg aromasin e3d
  • 600 iu hcg on day of test injection
Mid cycle bloods:

  • total test: 4, 394
  • estrodial: 42.8

Have you checked your blood pressure? Also, could be a reaction to the Test-E carrier oil. Some people get reactions to certain oils, especially MCT and Mig840.

Get hematocrit checked. Get BP checked.

Visit doctor. Don’t mention AAS.

I measure blood pressure every day. Resting blood pressure was ~118/62 off cycle, now it is ~132/63.

The carrier is grape seed oil.

Is it possible that estrogen levels are causing this? Or maybe the t to e ratio is good, but both levels are just so high, what if I lowered everything? I just want to figure out how to make this “sunburn” go away.

If guys like Steve Cook can be that big with normal looking skin, then there has to be a way.

I can get hematocrit tested, but if it’s too high then all I can do is donate blood, right? Even then, that might not work, I’ve heard of guys trying this to get rid of the “sunburn” but it didn’t help.

I will be getting redder faced over the next month until the next time I can donate. Even TRT raises my hematocrit levels and I get red faced at lunch time for the afternoon for some reason. Donating lessens the redness/heat greatly. Also keeps my ears from turning bright ass red all the time.

If you can find a blood drive somewhere close by that would get you a second check of your BP/HR/Hemo as well as drawing off blood.

Yup, you need to donate or lower your dose.

I would try to get your estrogen in the 20’s. Same thing happens to me when my estrogen is to high or to low. Try going EOD with your aromasin. It should half your current estrogen level.
