I completely agree that it's overhyped for enhancing fat loss. I have heard people say that it may increase the rate of lipolysis by 10%, but I'd put that closer to 5%. That's only my experience though.
To make the most out of it, I'd only use it twice a day. A little bit before fasted cardio, and a little bit before bed. If you take it at other times, you can expect any free fatty acids in your blood to simply re-deposit, because they're not being oxidized for energy.
To make GH worth the money, I wouldn't run it without GW1516 and L-carnitine. That's an expensive stack for a smaller fat loss effect than I can get from BronkAid tablets that CVS sells for ten bucks a box.
