Got a LL from the FDA for an international pharmacy package. Obviously not going to claim it, but unsure what to do regarding reshipping or what. Nothing crazy was in there, it even cleared customs before getting re-routed away from me prior to delivery. Do reships from international pharmacies have better stealth? Do I try a different address and hope? And since it’s normal to have to sign for those, what should I do regarding that? Thanks

Huh? Are you in the USA brother? I've never heard of something clearing customs then the FDA sending a letter.

I've also never heard of the FDA sending a letter. Usually customs mails it.

I've read multiple posts by guys saying that they were waiting on two packs. And the first would get seized, but second days later goes through. If you have an alternate address to send reship to you could, but I'm not sure Customs has and maintains a log of addresses for seized packages for personal use. I'm just not and would feel ok reshipping to same address.

I do think those importing a enough LARGE QUANTITY of illegal or scheduled AAS/meds to be classified as a seller or source here inside should definitely be cautious reusing one.

Yep, US. The package cleared customs, made it almost to me, and then got rerouted mid-transit and then (presumably) to the FDA where they sent the letter about how they’re stopping it because it lacks proper branding and medication instructions or something. Was very weird.

Everything was fairly small amounts, ~100 pills or so at most of 3-4 meds except one was probably closer to a year supply. Wonder if that’s what got me flagged and if my source would be willing to resend with like half that amount or even less.

You should have already knew if the source had a reship policy in place before ordering. I'd never order meds overseas from a source without one.

Customs only inspects a small percentage of packages coming in, they don't have the resources to do it to every one. While I've read the FDA or DEA allows a 3 month supply of personal importation for legal non scheduled meds, they technically could seize if they wanted to I guess. Any customs inspection on a pack containing anything scheduled will cause a seizure 99% of the time.

Odd that the FDA is the acronym agency on this one, I assumed DEA or FBI handles all this. Proceed with caution, this lifestyle ain't worth jail.

Nothing was (highly) scheduled, mostly BP meds and cialis. Actually I’m not sure anything was technically scheduled if albuterol isn’t. The LL says they were mad at lack of instructions and proper branding I believe. Was weird.

And my source does reship, I was just saying that I hope they’d reship with less of one pill since that might’ve been what flagged as >3 months, idk

Nah that part makes sense since it was all low-tier prescription meds. But yeah, I’m not really wanting a second LL. Mulling over the reship or just taking the loss on it tbh
