First cycle after 3 year break

I'm 5'7 just hit 175lbs In the 15-20% body fat range.

I've been running 500mg test for a month now.
Just added Anavar 10mg two times per day to try it out.

I plan on running Anavar for 4-6 weeks. May up the dose to 40mg per day if needed.

Hoping to get to 190lbs. I'm having a rough time growing my back. I may need to experiment with different types of work outs. Mostly been doing narrow grip seated rows, lat pulldowns, rear delt machine. Sometimes shoulder shrugs. I have long arms for my body and they burn out before my back does. I did include a dedicated arm day

Some people here may disagree with me and that's ok. See if this works for you. Use high rep 15-20 but NOT full range of motion. Do them as fast as you can while still having full control. If you're doing more than 8 sets, take a 60-90 sec rest between sets. If you're doing less sets, take a 3 min rest between sets.

I stress the 1/2- 3/4 rom. Flood the body part with blood. By the end, you want a pump that hurts but has that feel good pain.
