Any oral only cycle is always a bad idea (which is what you outlined in the OP). I suggest you fully adopt the mindset that if there isn’t an injectable involved, it’s a bad approach.
Dude above me is complicating it way too much. Deca and an oral are unnecessary and troublesome to deal with for a first run. Additionally, hCG isn’t used during PCT.
Your first time should really be the following:
Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate (they are almost identical, pick whichever, the results will be the same) at 400-500 mg per week split into two 200-250 mg shots (3.5 days apart) done with a 3 mL/CC syringe and a 25-27 gauge needle. The length will depend on where you choose to inject, glutes are typically the ideal first cycle spot and assuming you are not high in body fat, a 1", 1 1/4", or 1 1/2" will do the job (longer = higher body fat, shorter = lower body fat). Should you opt for delts or quads for your first shot, 1/2", 5/8" or 1" would all work with the 1/2" potentially being a bit short unless you are very lean.
Aromasin OR Arimidex, dose and frequency varies entirely based on the individual. You will need blood work done during your cycle to determine your ideal protocol. These drugs keep your estrogen in line while using testosterone. A typical dose of something like Aromasin would be 12.5 mg on the day of your testosterone shots (every 3.5 days), but this is by no means a set standard - everybody is different and you will be no exception to that.
Optional:
NAC (health)
Taurine (back/shin pumps)
hCG (keeps your balls from shrinking, makes PCT easier/faster) - you inject this with an insulin needle into your stomach fat every 3 days at 250 IU per shot and stop taking it upon beginning your PCT
PCT:
Start this roughly 3 weeks after your last testosterone shot
Nolvadex and/or Clomid. I don’t know a PCT protocol personally so I suggest seeking this advice from somebody qualified.
With all of this said, the fact that you’ve even entertained the idea of what you’ve outlined in the OP single-handedly shows us (and you) that you’re at least a year away from being ready to consider using. This is very, very, very basic knowledge and it’s highly advised for you to spend more time understanding what you’re doing to your body before you take the leap. Further, you’re likely at a level where can still progress tremendously training naturally in the next year. I would really advise against making the decision to use with your current set of knowledge and experience level. Zero ill intent with this suggestion, just looking out for you.
