First tren cycle very underwhelming

I’m on week 8 of 400 tren E, 250 test e and basically have no sides at all other than sweating more while working out and skin appearing oily. As for My strength it feels more like I’m taking test e and there has even been days i lost strength. And still not leaning out on recomp.

Should I just up the tren or grab from another source?

Strange.

Only way to be sure is to test. But measuring effectiveness by the lack of negative sides is not the way to go.
if you had experience with other labs, used tren before, compare it…

You’re either a shitty responder to tren or you’re getting underdosed gear.

You’re also using a longer ester of tren; the enanthate ester accounts for roughly 30% of the compound’s weight, so you’re only getting 400 x 0.7 = 280 mgs of tren a week. For comparison, the acetate ester accounts for only 13% of the compound’s weight, so if you were to run 400 mgs of tren ACE, you’d be getting 400 x 0.87 = 348 mgs of tren a week.

Either bump up the dosing, switch sources, or run tren ace.

Overrated compound, that’s your answer.

Try superdrol, you won’t be disappointed.

Your routine sucks ass, your drive/work ethic sucks, your form sucks ass, your diet sucks ass, your recovery sucks ass, or lastly the gear is underdosed or bunk. Fix the variables you have control over and record your lifts as well as follow an actual program. When you cover all of your own bases, gear works.

If your going to respond to it you should on 400mgs. I don’t think uping the dose is the answer. I’ve used tren for years and see results on as little as 200mgs/wk, especially with regard to strength gains.

Tren for me was mediocre at caloric negative to caloric maintenance.
Tren for me at caloric surplus was godly.
