GH 2IU Vs 4IU

Whats up guys been on GH for almost a year now at a dose of 2IU for wellness and quality of life. Obviously 2IU isnt a big enough dose for anything dramatic. Have leaned up a bit, sleep is good, hairs and nails grow quick. Right now I have a micro tear in my hip labrum trying to heal. What effects have you guys noticed by increasing the dose?

Similar protocol here. Run low dose for anti aging and have increased to 4 ius for 3-4 weeks at a time when I sprained my ankle and following a bike wreck. The higher doses caused swelling and tingling in hands and feet and stiff joints. But I believe it did accelerate healing.

Appreciate the response. Ironically I am on day 3 of my increased protocol and my hip already feels a lot better than it has! As far as the tingling goes I have found ALA supplementation helps a lot to mitigate it!
