Hey juicy gals and pals. Quick question, I've been running 2-4 ui's of GH a day for a little over a month now. Recent labs show a glucose of 100 after pounding my face full of food. I expected glucose to raise with GH not lower my normal. My normal is around 160/180 after a fat meal. Thoughts? Thank you.

Yes, noticed it gradually go down at home over the weeks, then got labs and it was even lower.

Exactly my thoughts. Should of went the other direction. Would hate having to stop because of this. My only other thought would be that it isn't GH that I'm taking. I order from a pretty reliable source here though.

Take readings every hour after you eat. Depending on the food you eat, the glucose spike won’t be much like a spike at all and instead more like a wave slowly rising and falling. Also, I’d add that having glucose of 160-180 isn’t fucking good lol you likely have some level of insulin resistance.

Kinda did this recently as well. Will give it another go and try every other hr. Insulin resistant would mean higher glucose though right?

Haha ya I know it's on the higher side but usually it doesn't hold there for long. Plus that's stuffing my face to the max to put on some size haha.

If you want to know for sure, look up glucose tolerance test and do the same test at home. Also a glucose meter has a wide range at what the reading will be, you should have a teat solution for your meter and you can look on the solution for its range . it's usually 20 or so.

Also depending on what you ate can have a huge impact on your level rate rising after eating. What type of carbs and protein.

Most of my protein comes from 90 percent lean ground beef and most of my carbs come from white rice.

Upon further research, I found that people who have low IGF-1, after starting GH it will actually lower glucose initially.

FYI, A serving of white rice has almost the same effect as eating pure table sugar due to its glycemic index and will spike Glucose.

Interesting since GH makes you more insulin resistant.

You might want to test every 15 minutes or get a CGM.
