I’m going tomorrow morning at 9:30am to have bloods drawn for a gh serum test. Should I fast for 12 hours and then I inject 1vial IM 2.5 hours prior to having them drawn?

Fasting is only required if you were trying to get your natural gh level. If you're taking hgh it has no affect on your results.
