Glute injections swelling

Just started my first cycle in over a year. Both glute injections I have delt with them swelling up like a welt. Goes away after like 5 days. Never had this problem before, but I am higher bodyfat than before. Could this be that I’m hitting subcutaneous instead of intramuscular? I’m using 25g 1inch.

Mostly likely too short. Use 1.5 for glutes and you should be good. I never get any swelling unless i have a leak.

I had that problem. Ass looked like a bag of mandarin oranges. Switching from 1 to 1.5 was they key. It feels fucking strange going that deep but absolutely no swelling.

25g x 1 would be fine if you pin the VG. I don’t see the need to ever pin the glute once you learn how to flex and find the VG.

I can use a 1" if I flex the glute and make sure I’m going directly into the muscle otherwise I have to use a 1.5"

VG…Ventro gluteal. Sounds like he is pinning Dorso Gluteal
VG is higher and more towards the hip than the crack…just an easier place to pin for me and also not then constantly sitting on the injection site all day.

Could it be Virginia muscle? I’ve get a small knot… feel bruised for a day or 2… 1.5 in 25g in glutes

Me irl-Orders 1 inch pins for the glute gains…

I can use that short on glutes but I Jab in deep like I push in, and keep pushing to make like a dent in the skin to make sure I’m in.
