Going on cycle after 4 years off gear?

Just want input from others on here of how they reacted to a cycle after going off of gear for an extended amount of time. I’ve run about 5 cycles in the past in about a 3 year time span. As of now I’ve been off gear for 4 years, going to do a test/tbol cycle as I’ve found I react really well to tbol with few sides. Took a few months off the gym due to tendonitis but been been going again consistently for a few months, tracking every variable I can. Lost quite a bit of lean mass and strength during that break but it’s expected. Responses are appreciated I’d love some input on this. Thanks sst!

I went through something similar, 5-6 years off and even stayed out of the gym.

First cycle back was great, tons of muscle memory and actually pretty fun re-learning everything on the hormones and training overall.

I think just Test and some Tbol is a good idea. What are the dosages/length of cycle?

I'd do the first cycle recommendation, 500mg test for 14 to 16 weeks. Add tbol in beginning or end.

That’s awesome bro. I’m looking forward to those newbie gains.
So far I have everything on hand cycle will look like this
500 test e monday/thurs for 10 weeks (might extend cycle a few more weeks if I pick up a bit more test and cycle goes well)
50 mg tbol first 6-7 weeks
12.5mg aromasin e3d (depending on estro sides)
Start pct 2 weeks after last pin
50mg clomid/20mg nolva ed 4 weeks (might go for longer depending on how I feel)
Thinking of adding MK-677 12.5mg ed as well during pct as I have some on hand. Have heard good things about running mk during pct. Have any of you run Mk before?
