My gf had some that she bought online be shipped out Nov 21 and it said that arriving late in transit to next facility and it’s showing up today 17 days later lol. The original expected delivery date was Nov 25

Original order was placed on 11/22. Pack got lost with usps unfortunately not GL’s fault. He reshipped a new pack without even having to ask and that just arrived this morning with extra contents and goodies and about 7 ducks 😊
Sometimes it takes a little patience due to unforeseen issues but aside from that quality is of course on par with what’s expected with GL. Happy Holidays and thank you @GoodLyfe

I tried flipping through the previous pages to figure out when shop will be open again. I can't seem to find the date, though I swear I had seen it recently.

When will the shop be taking orders again?

Update: Original pack that got lost was delivered today…

Thank you all for being patient while I was on break! I hope everyone enjoyed their holidays. I am getting thru emails over the next couple days.

I am going to start limiting the amount of packs I send out daily. This shouldn’t have too much of an effect on ship times unless I am swamped (which I am currently) so please allow up to 72hrs, minus weekends, for me to pack and ship your order.

Primo is available now. I have some reports to upload as I move into new batches.

Was the long break and now limiting packages per day just a coincidence or did something happen? I'm just curious

Shipping times over the holidays are horrendous, that’s the reason for the break. Any source can attest to that.

Hopefully you’ll still have primo in stock in 7 days, trying to recover from my holiday budget a little, damn kids.

I have no unread emails my man. Make sure you are using a protonmail. Anything other than that gets deleted.
