A little background, I’m just coming out of a two week deload, and a lengthy cut before that. Started dosing 60mg/day as of yesterday along with 300mg/test e. Strength gains are already noticeable and it’s even more appreciable given how low my calories have been. Leg day today had a 20-30lb increase across the board. Kept volume low while still maintaining intensity as it was my last deload day.
Looking forward to what I think will be a killer recomp.
